What is the turnaround time?

For standard laundry and dry cleaning services, Laundryheap aims to collect and deliver within 24 hours, on average. However, duvet and bulky items may require additional time. Customers will be informed in advance if there are any delays or changes to their orders.

Where do you clean my clothes?

After items are collected by our driver, they are taken to one of our local partner facilities. Each order is processed separately - laundry orders are weighed and cleaned, while all other services are individually itemized and processed.

Can I provide my own detergent?

At this time, Laundryheap does not offer the option for customers to provide their own laundry detergent. However, if customers have allergies to certain types of detergent, they can inform us so that we can avoid using it.

Do you wash my clothes with other people’s clothes?

No, each order is washed separately to ensure that there is no mixing of clothes. Laundryheap takes utmost care to keep your clothes safe.
